DI provides information, research and product tools. Users need to assess their suitability using the sources, product rules and their own requirements. AI-generated content, quant strategies and Agent collaboration can produce errors or losses.

Data and models#

Sources can be delayed, incomplete, incorrect or contradictory. Models can generate inaccurate explanations or rely too heavily on a particular type of source. Multiple personas or collaborating Agents do not guarantee independence or correctness.

Citations and process receipts support review but do not replace assessment of original evidence. Conditions that supported a conclusion can also change as an event develops.

Quant products#

A strategy can perform well on historical data and fail in later markets. Liquidity, transaction costs, asset concentration and extreme volatility can affect actual results.

The Meme assets in Dynamic Baskets can carry substantial price and liquidity risk. Periodic rebalancing, index-style construction and offering caps guarantee neither returns nor principal safety. User-created products require separate assessment of their rules, results and risks.

Agents and external capabilities#

Personal Agents and the network depend on available tools, data and services. External outages, inaccurate information or misunderstandings of permissions can affect task results.

Tasks involving private information or asset actions are limited by user authorization and product rules. Research remains private unless the user authorizes sharing.

Proof and tokens#

On-chain records can involve delays, fees and network failures. Version proof supports record verification; it does not guarantee source truth, prediction accuracy or reward eligibility.

DI Token is exposed to market price and liquidity risks. Revenue and buybacks depend on actual business conditions and do not establish a fixed return or price guarantee.

This whitepaper introduces DI’s products, direction and mechanisms. It is not investment advice or a promise of returns. Available functionality, individual product descriptions and applicable terms govern actual use.

DI has completed product development. Personal Agents and the first network will follow the roadmap; feature availability depends on the services formally opened to users.
